  WB analysis of fetal human brain using 11986-1-AP

  fetal human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11986-1-AP (PRTFDC1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of Y79 using 11986-1-AP

  Y79 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11986-1-AP (PRTFDC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Recommended dilution

• Immunofluorescence (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
