  WB analysis of A431 using 27130-1-AP

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27130-1-AP (PSRC1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 27130-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27130-1-AP (PSRC1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
