Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82697-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 82697-1-RR (same clone as 82697-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using PTRF antibody (82697-1-RR, Clone: 3E15 ) at dilution of 1:300 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82697-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82697-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82697-1-RR against Human PTRF were performed. The affinity constant is 0.303 nM.
