  WB analysis of mouse lung using 11512-1-AP (same clone as 11512-1-PBS)

Background Information

PUS1 is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 12q24.33, encoding a pseudouridine synthase that catalyzes the isomerization of uridine to pseudouridine (Ψ) in RNA molecules. This post-transcriptional modification is the most abundant RNA modification in cells and plays essential roles in RNA structure stabilization and function. (PMID: 38450158)
