  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14767-1-AP (PWP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

There are quite lots of background bands. However, I could detect which is the target band through nuclear-cytosolic fractionation under starvation condition, during which, PWP1 translocate from nucleus to cytosol.
