  WB analysis using 86398-1-RR (same clone as 86398-1-PBS)

  Non-treated A431 cells and EGF (HZ-1326) treated A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86398-1-RR (Phospho-Tyrosine antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH (60004-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86398-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A431 using 86398-1-RR (same clone as 86398-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed hEGF treated A431 cells using Phospho-Tyrosine antibody (86398-1-RR, Clone: 250495G7 ) at dilution of 1:100 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86398-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Phospho-Tyrosine antibody refers to a class of pan-specific antibodies or detection reagents that recognize all phosphorylated tyrosine residues regardless of the surrounding amino-acid sequence. These tools are widely used to monitor global tyrosine phosphorylation events in signal-transduction studies, cancer research and drug-discovery screens.
This antibody does not cross-react with peptides containing Phospho-Serine or Phospho-Threonine.
