  WB analysis of HeLa using 84739-2-RR (same clone as 84739-2-PBS)

  Calyculin A treated and untreated HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84739-2-RR (Phospho-Histone H3 (Thr3) antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Alpha Tubulin (66031-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84739-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of NIH/3T3 using 84739-2-RR (same clone as 84739-2-PBS)

  1X10^6 NIH/3T3 cells untreated (dashed lines) or treated with Calyculin A which intracellularly stained with 0.13 ug Phospho-Histone H3 (Thr3) Recombinant antibody (84739-2-RR, Clone:241897D9) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.13 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 90% MeOH. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84739-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  ChIP experiment of HeLa using 84739-2-RR (same clone as 84739-2-PBS)

  Chromatin was prepared from HeLa cells treated with Nocodazole (100 ng/ml) for 16 h. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde for 10 minutes. The ChIP was performed with 15 µg of cross-linked chromatin, 5 µg of Phospho-Histone H3 (Thr3) (84739-2-RR) or 5 ug of Normal Rabbit IgG (98136-1-RR), and 20 µl of Protein A Magarose Beads. The immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified by real-time PCR. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84739-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
