  WB analysis using 87346-1-RR (same clone as 87346-1-PBS)

  Non-treated HeLa cells and paclitaxel treated HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 87346-1-RR (Phospho-Lamin A/C (Ser22) antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Alpha Tubulin (66031-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87346-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue slide using 87346-1-RR (Phospho-Lamin A/C (Ser22) antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87346-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
