  WB analysis using 84993-5-RR (same clone as 84993-5-PBS)

  MCF-7 and HepG2 cell lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84993-5-RR (Phospho-YBX1 (Ser102) antibody) blocked with BSA only and Phospho-YBX1 (Ser102) peptide at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84993-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
