  WB analysis using 83470-3-RR (same clone as 83470-3-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83470-3-RR (RABL2B antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83470-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A549 using 83470-3-RR (same clone as 83470-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RABL2B Recombinant antibody (83470-3-RR, Clone:240501D3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83470-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83470-3-RR (same clone as 83470-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RABL2B Recombinant antibody (83470-3-RR, Clone:240501D3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83470-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83470-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83470-3-RR against Human RABL2B were performed. The affinity constant is 0.256 nM.

Background Information

Rab-like protein 2B (RABL2B) is a member of a poorly characterised clade of the RAS GTPase superfamily, which plays an essential role in male fertility, sperm intraflagellar transport and tail assembly (PMID: 28553998, PMID: 28138870). A preferential expression of RABL2B in human tissues and lymphoblastoid cell lines was detected which is most pronounced in brain and placenta (PMID: 20138207).
