Validation Data Gallery

• 

  WB analysis of 3T3-L1 using 27835-1-AP

  3T3-L1 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27835-1-AP (RASA2/3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 27835-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27835-1-AP (RASA2/3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

Rasa3 is a GTPase activating protein of the GAP1 family which targets R-Ras and Rap1. While R-Ras has been extensively studied due to its involvement in cancer, Rap1 has recently attracted a lot of attention due to its central role in development and morphogenesis of higher organisms, especially in the cardiovasculature. This antibody can react with RASA2 and RASA3.
