• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 26368-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26368-1-AP (RNF14 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of COLO 320 using 26368-1-AP

  COLO 320 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26368-1-AP (RNF14 Antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Recommended dilution

• Immunofluorescence (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
