  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82926-1-RR (RNF160 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82926-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse colon using 82926-1-RR (same clone as 82926-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue slide using 82926-1-RR (RNF160 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82926-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 82926-1-RR (same clone as 82926-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RNF160 Recombinant antibody (82926-1-RR, Clone:230075H2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82926-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82926-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82926-1-RR against Human ADAMDEC1 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
