IF Staining of HepG2 using 83327-1-RR (same clone as 83327-1-PBS)
Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using RPS18 antibody (83327-1-RR, Clone: 240004C10 ) at dilution of 1:0 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83327-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RPS18 Recombinant antibody (83327-1-RR, Clone:240004C10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83327-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83327-1-RR
Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83327-1-RR against Human RPS18 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.47 nM.
