• 

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 55485-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55485-1-AP (Rootletin antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of C2C12 using 55485-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed C2C12 cells using CROCC antibody (55485-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), acetylated Tubulin(Lys40) antibody (66200-1-Ig, Clone: 7E5H8, red).
