Background Information
SERPINC1, also named Antithrombin III or Antithrombin, is a plasma protease inhibitor and a member of the serpin superfamily. This protein inhibits thrombin as well as other activated serine proteases of the coagulation system, and it regulates the blood coagulation cascade. More than 120 mutations have been identified for this gene, many of which are known to cause antithrombin-III deficiency.

Reviews
What customers say
All four reviews rate this antibody 5 stars. Users report excellent performance in both Western Blot and IHC, with recommended dilutions of 1:1000–1:2000 for WB and 1:100–1:500 for IHC. Tested on colon cancer tissues and CRC cell lines, the antibody consistently produces clear, sharp bands. Reviewers describe it as a "very good antibody" that works well at the stated dilutions, with no issues or troubleshooting mentioned across any of the reviews.
