SFRS2IP, also known as CASP11, SCAF11 SIP1, SRSF2IP, is a 1463 amino acid protein, which Interacts with SRSF2/SFRS2, U2AF2 and SNRNP70. SFRS2IP plays a role in pre-mRNA alternative splicing by regulating spliceosome assembly (PMID: 9447963).
