WB analysis using 68095-1-Ig (same clone as 68095-1-PBS)
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68095-1-Ig (SNRPB2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68095-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

FC experiment of HeLa using 68095-1-Ig (same clone as 68095-1-PBS)
1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug SNRPB2 Monoclonal antibody (68095-1-Ig, Clone:1D11E9) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.8 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68095-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein B''(SNRPB2) is part of the U2 RNP particle, which associated with the branch point of the lariat-shaped intron, in intermediate in the cascade of mRNA precursor splicing event. Only in presence of the U2A' protein, SNRPB2 binds stem loop IV of U2 snRNA.
