• 

  WB analysis using 16049-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16049-1-AP (SNX15 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of COLO 320 using 16049-1-AP

  COLO 320 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16049-1-AP (SNX15 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

SNX15 belongs to the sorting nexin family and is involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Overexpression of SNX15 results in a decrease in the processing of insulin and hepatocyte growth factor receptors to their mature subunits (PMID: 11085978). SNX15 is widely expressed, with the highest expression in skeletal muscle, heart, brain, kidney, spleen, thymus, and small intestine.
