• 

  WB analysis of MDCK using 24643-1-AP

  MDCK cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24643-1-AP (SORBS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of U-251 using 24643-1-AP

  U-251 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24643-1-AP (SORBS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Recommended dilution

• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:250-1:1000
