  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55063-1-AP (SORCS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 55063-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55063-1-AP (SORCS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 55063-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55063-1-AP (SORCS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of HaCaT using 55063-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HaCaT cells using SORCS2 antibody (55063-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

I tried with different lysis buffer. I tried blocking with 5% milk or 2% BSA. Never worked for me. Didn't work for immunohistochemistry either dilution 1:1000 and 1:100.
