  WB analysis of human testis using 19721-1-AP (same clone as 19721-1-PBS)

  human testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 19721-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

SPAG4 may assist the organization and assembly of outer dense fibers (ODFs), a specific structure of the sperm tail. This antibody is specific to SPAG4. We observed that the molecular weight of SPAG4-Specific was 55 kDa.
