Background Information
Lymphocyte-oriented kinase deficiency encoded by the serine/threonine kinase 10 (STK10) gene correlates with the intracellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1)/lymphocyte function associated antigen 1 (LFA-1) complex in aspirin hypersensitivity(PMID:21905501). STK 10 is also named as LOK and expressed as a 130-kDa protein, which was detected predominantly in lymphoid organs such as spleen, thymus, and bone marrow, in contrast to other mammalian members of the STE20 family(PMID:9278426).

Jared (Verified Customer) (08-21-2019) | This antibody is an all-star antibody. I can even re use it a couple of times, and it still works. potent stuff. Picture would not upload... There is one strong band, and it shows virtually nothing in the lane where I CRISPR'd out LOK aka STK10 in the LOK band area. There is a non-specific band, but that is located clearly out of the range of where the LOK band is located. Non-specific band at approx 200kd. LOK for me runs at around 140kd.
