  The mean STXBP4 concentration was determined to be 24.7 ng/mL in HepG2 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load, 29.4 ng/mL in HuH-7 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load, 28.8 ng/mL in PC-3 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load, 2.8 ng/mL in HL-60 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load.
