  WB analysis using 68430-1-Ig (same clone as 68430-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68430-1-Ig (Synaptotagmin-9 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68430-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

The synaptotagmins are integral membrane proteins of synaptic vesicles thought to serve as Ca(2+) sensors in the process of vesicular trafficking and exocytosis (PMID: 8058779). Synaptotagmin-9 (SYT9) is a tandem C2 domain Ca 2+ sensor for exocytosis in neuroendocrine cells (PMID: 36732068).
