  WB analysis of human placenta using 20769-1-AP (same clone as 20769-1-PBS)

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20769-1-AP (TBC1D7 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20769-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

TBC1D7 is a member of the TBC-domain containing protein family. The encoded protein functions as a subunit of the tuberous sclerosis TSC1-TSC2 complex which plays a role in the regulation of cellular growth and differentiation. Mutations in this gene have been associated with autosomal recessive megalencephaly.
