Background Information
TNS2, also named as TENC1 and KIAA1075, regulates cell motility and proliferation. It may have phosphatase activity. TNS2 reduces AKT1 phosphorylation. It lowers AKT1 kinase activity and interferes with AKT1 signaling. This antibody is specific to TNS2. The antibody recognizes all the isoform of TNS2.
