  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using TMEM53 antibody (83554-3-RR, Clone: 240511C3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83554-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A549 using 83554-3-RR (same clone as 83554-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TMEM53 Recombinant antibody (83554-3-RR, Clone:240511C3) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83554-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83554-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83554-3-RR against Human TMEM53 were performed. The affinity constant is 44.5 nM.
