  FC experiment of Raji using 22582-1-AP

  1X10^6 Raji cells were stained with 0.2ug TNFRSF13C antibody (22582-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Tested Applications

• Positive IHC detected in: human tonsillitis tissue; Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0
• Positive FC detected in: Raji cells

Recommended dilution

• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
