  WB analysis of mouse kidney using 20053-1-AP (same clone as 20053-1-PBS)

  mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20053-1-AP (TNS3 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20053-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse embryo tissue slide using 20053-1-AP (TNS3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Background Information

TNS3, also named as TEM6, TENS1 and TPP, may play a role in actin remodeling. It is involved in the dissociation of the integrin-tensin-actin complex. EGF activates TNS4 and down-regulates TNS3 which results in capping the tail of ITGB1. TNS3 seems to be involved in mammary cell migration. It may be involved in cell migration and bone development. The antibody recognizes all the isoforms of TNS3.
