  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28477-1-AP (TPM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Positive IHC detected in: human normal colon, human stomach cancer tissue, mouse skeletal muscle tissue; Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0

Recommended dilution

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:8000
• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:400-1:1600
