Background Information

TRAPPC10 (Trafficking protein particle complex subunit 10) is also named as EHOC-1, Protein GT334, TRAPP subunit TMEM1 and TMEM1. TRAPPC10 (Cyclin-J) Belongs to the Cyclin family. TRAPPC10 is specific component of the multisubunit TRAPP II complex (PMID: 23511850). TRAPPC10 can interacts with TRAPPC14 (PMID:31467083). TRAPPC10 interacts with TRAPPC2L in the TRAPP II complex (PMID: 30120216). TRAPPC10 variants are associated with a microcephalic neurodevelopmental disorder (PMID: 35298461). A new Longin at the N-terminus of human TRAPPC10 may dimerize with TRAPPC2 (PMID: 23511850). Therefore, a band with a high molecular weight of 150 - 250 kDa can be formed.
