Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84334-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using TSG101 antibody (84334-4-RR, Clone: 241657A1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84334-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84334-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84334-4-RR against Human TSG101 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Background Information

TSG101(Tumor susceptibility gene 101 protein) is essential for endosomal sorting, membrane receptor degradation and the final stages of cytokinesis. It plays a crucial role for cell proliferation and cell survival. TSG101 has been identified as a candidate tumor suppressor gene and belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. TSG101 is a marker for exosome. This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the molecular mass of 44 and 32 kDa.
