  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31797-1-AP (TTC9C antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31797-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue using TTC9C antibody (31797-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002). TTC9 family belongs to tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR)-containing proteins family (PMID: 35949301).The TPR motifs are arranged in antiparallel α-helical hairpins which are clustered to form flexible grooved interfaces.
