  1x10^6 untreated or LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit RecAb (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98114-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Untreated RAW 264.7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit RecAb (98114-1-RR, Clone: 240875G1) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (black, dashed). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98114-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98114-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98114-1-RR against Mouse Tissue Factor/CD142 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.442 nM.

Background Information

Normal blood coagulation is a complex process, involving a cascade of activation of different plasma proteins, ultimately resulting in the formation of a clot, called fibrin. Tissue Factor (TF), also named CD142, coagulation factor III or F3, is the primary initiator of the blood coagulation cascade and plays an essential role in hemostasis (PMID: 26877187; PMID: 33796108).
