  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14830-1-AP (UMPS antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Recommended dilution

Background Information

UMPS, also named as OPRT and ODC, plays an important role in pyrimidine synthesis, converting orotic acid to uridine 5′ monophosphate. UMPS has four isoforms with MW 53 kDa, 43 kDa, 33 kDa and 23 kDa.
