  WB analysis of HeLa using 15000-1-AP (same clone as 15000-1-PBS)

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15000-1-AP (UNKL antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15000-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Putative E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase UNKL was expressed at significantly lower levels in endometrial tumor tissues as compared to the endometrium. Importantly, in human endometrial cancer, primary tumor expression of UNKL was correlated with overall survival in black patients with high mutational burden.
