• 

  WB analysis using 28114-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28114-1-AP (UQCC antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 28114-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28114-1-AP (UQCC antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

UQCC is a transmembrane protein that is structurally similar to the mouse basic fibroblast growth factor repressed ZIC-binding protein. In mouse this protein may be involved in fibroblast growth factor regulated growth control. In humans, polymorphisms in this gene are associated with variation in human height and osteoarthritis. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variant.
