Background Information
Ubiquitin is a highly conserved eukaryotic protein that is synthesized as a fusion protein precursor, either to itself or to one of two ribosomal proteins. USP15, is also named as KIAA0529,Unph-2, Unph4, encoding a human ubiquitin-specific protease (USP). The USP15 protein contains the highly conserved Cys and His boxes present in all members of he UBP family of deubiquitinating enzymes(PMID:10444327).It has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.

Reviews
What customers say
One reviewer, Amy Ponsford, rated this antibody 5 out of 5 stars in November 2023. She used it for Western Blot on U2OS cell lysates at a 1:500 dilution (lower than the datasheet recommendation) and reported a clean band. Overall, the feedback is positive, highlighting reliable WB performance even at a more dilute concentration than suggested.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
Amy (Verified Customer) (11-08-2023) | Clean band for WB, used at a dilution lower than in the data sheet for U2OS cell lysates (1:500).
