  WB analysis using RMX00001

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with RMX00001 (VDAC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of HeLa using RMX00001

  IP result of anti-VDAC3 (IP:RMX00001, 4ug; Detection:RMX00001 1:5000) with HeLa cells lysate 1280 ug.

  IHC staining of human ovary cancer using RMX00001

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using RMX00001 (VDAC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of mouse brain using RMX00001

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using VDAC3 antibody (RMX00001) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Recommended dilution

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:2000-1:10000
• Immunoprecipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:500-1:2000
• Immunofluorescence (IF)-P: IF-P : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.

Background Information

VDAC3 belongs to the eukaryotic mitochondrial porin family. It forms a channel through the mitochondrial outer membrane that allows diffusion of small hydrophilic molecules. This antibody is specific to VDAC3.
