  WB analysis of HL-60 using 21354-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21354-1-AP (WDR82 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21354-1-AP (WDR82 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
