  WB analysis of mouse testis using 10360-1-AP (same clone as 10360-1-PBS)

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10360-1-AP (ZNF256 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 10360-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ZNF256 as a transcriptional repressor that plays a role in cell proliferation. ZNF256 localizes in the nucleus and contains the KRAB domain that mediates interaction with TRIM28 and is required for transcriptional repressor activity. ZNF256 exists as two isoforms and the calculated molecular weight of isoforms is 55 and 75 kDa.
