• 

  WB analysis using 24088-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24088-1-AP (ZNF281 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of U2OS using 24088-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using ZNF281 antibody (24088-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).
