Zinc finger protein 683 (ZNF683, also known as Hobit) is a transcription factor that mediates a transcriptional program in various innate and adaptive immune tissue-resident lymphocyte T-cell types such as tissue-resident memory T (Trm) and natural killer cells (PMID: 36869093; 28555134; 36245253). It probably is a cancer-specific Trms marker (PMID: 36869093).
