  WB analysis of mouse kidney using 12156-1-AP

  mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12156-1-AP (CCBL1/KAT1 antibody at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of L02 using 12156-1-AP

  L02 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12156-1-AP (CCBL1/KAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using 12156-1-AP (CCBL1/KAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
