  FC experiment of human PBMCs using CL750-65208

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Anti-Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL750-65208, Clone:C1.18.4) (red) or CL750 Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) (green) or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
