  1x10^6 human PBMCs were unstained (left, blue in histogram), or surface stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control RecAb (CL750-98599, Clone: 252252A1) (middle, red in histogram) or 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Anti-Human CD8 (UCHT4) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL750-65559, Clone: UCHT4) (right, green in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes cells were unstained (left, blue in histogram), or surface stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control RecAb (CL750-98599, Clone: 252252A1) (middle, red in histogram) or 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Anti-Rat CD43 (W3/13) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL750-65607, Clone: W3/13) (right, green in histogram). Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 THP-1 cells were unstained (left, blue in histogram), or surface stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control RecAb (CL750-98599, Clone: 252252A1) (middle, red in histogram) or 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Anti-Human CD64 (10.1) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL750-65572, Clone: 10.1) (right, green in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.
