  Y79 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14333-1-AP (KIF3C antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

We used this antibody for WB of mouse brain cortex homogenate and got clear bands around 100 kDa after a 1:1000 overnight incubation.
