  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL488-66360

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were stained with 0.20 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated mouse IgG1 isotype control (CL488-66360, Clone:1F8D3) (red) or 0.20 ug CoraLite488-conjugated Vimentin antibody (CL488-60330) (green), or not stained (blank) (blue). Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH.
