  1x10^6 FC receptor blocked human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug FITC Plus Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype Control RecAb (FITC-98742-2, Clone: MOPC-21) (red), or 0.25 ug FITC Plus Anti-Human CD4 (RPA-T4) (FITC-65143, Clone: RPA-T4) (green), or 0.25 ug FITC Plus Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (FITC-65124, Clone: MOPC-21) (blue). Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 FC receptor blocked rat splenocytes cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug FITC Plus Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype Control RecAb (FITC-98742-2, Clone: MOPC-21) (red), or 0.25 ug FITC Plus Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (FITC-65124, Clone: MOPC-21), or 0.25 ug FITC Plus Anti-Rat CD45 (OX1) (FITC-65228, Clone: OX1). Cells were not fixed.
